Got the menu come up clicked on the video - that played but with no sound. Could view the video stills, photos song lyrics couldn't click on the song titles either

Got the menu come up clicked on the video - that played but with no sound. Could view the video stills, photos song lyrics couldn't click on the song titles either
Might sound a bit wierd but somehow my volume got all messed up and I had to turn the sound up in the volume control panel. Check the same hasn't happened to you.
